    Bad experience

    * The price is extremely high with no reason * They insist to take Insurance (Cash) .. I don't know why ? And i don't know why they not accept cards ? * The heater is not working at all * Why i should pay US $121 per night while i could rent a fully furnished luxuries appartment near them with only $40

    The location is almost infront of the sea, a lot of places are nearby, the staff are very helpful and friendly too, the building is old but they kept it very clean from the inside as much as possible.

    I didn't know that we had to put a deposit and it wasn't mentioned when booking.

    Comfortable stay

    Very nice place the hotel is quite and comfortable the rooms is very clean the staff is friendly the breakfast is fresh and also served to the rooms ,near to the beach and corniche of Alexandria near also to Montaza palace

    Worst Hotel I ever been in 40 years

    Very bad. Misleading information on Orbitz site including misleading photos. WiFi is not free as they promised. Terrible view and entrance.
