    地點到博多 天神都要走15-20分鐘，清潔度有要求的人可能需要考慮一下，

    在運河旁邊，走到哪裡都是15-20分鐘，3分鐘內可以走到7-11,10分鐘內到博多運河城 不介意走路散步的, 認為是一個不錯的地點.

    設備都有歷史的痕跡，大方向(如地板走道等)算乾淨，但很多縫隙處或是例如廚具,鍋具冰箱等等，清潔度待加強，入住時在意的人,都需要再自己清潔，很在意清潔度的人可能需要再考慮
