Great location, but host is non-responsive throughout stay.
Location was great and the apartment was spacious for 2 people. They allowed us to check in a couple hours early which we really appreciated. We enjoyed being in Alfama and walking distance to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. The shower temperature was good, and we were happy to have AC unit was it was very warm in the apartment.
There was a strong smell of garbage that we couldn’t get rid of even with keeping all windows closed. We did try to contact the host a couple of times with no response. There were other people in the apartment building that were quite loud and disruptive - one evening someone was trying to unlock our door in the middle of the night (I’d suggest adding apartment numbers to the units).

L'interno dell'appartamento è carino
La posizione: l'accesso alla via è pieno di immondizia. L'accesso all'appartamento: scale strettissime e soffitto basso, difficoltà a portare i bagagli in casa. Cucina e bagno danno su una colonna esterna dove sono posizionate le unità esterne dei condizionatori per cui non si può aprire né la porta del balcone né la finestrella del bagno. In bagno c'è un odore persistente di fogna.

Very nice apartment in a great neighborhood (but in a dodgy lane!)
The apartment is very comfortable and has everything thing you need. The lane it's in looks a bit dodgy, but the apartment itself is very nice. Right in the middle of the interesting and lively neighborhood of Alfama. Good public transport nearby.
The apartment is quite hard to find as the location in Google Maps is incorrect for the address. No one met us for check in (keys in a lock box), and the host was not very responsive during the whole stay.

Sehr schön.
Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Es war alles da allerdings nur für 2 Personen. Es wäre schön, wenn es ein paar mehr Kaffeetassen gäbe damit man nicht immer sofort spülen muss.
Der Geruch aus der Kanalisation aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Das ist überall in Lissabon so und hängt mit der Stadt zusammen.
