    Excellent!

    Apartment was clean, beautiful and modern with almost all the amenities I needed. The link worked perfectly to open steert door and apartment door so there was no need to carry the keys. The staff remained responsive throughout my stay and helped with anything needed. Location was great, 10 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and other sites were also nearby.

    Not much to dislike really. Here is where the "almost all amenities" part comes in.The only thing I found missing was a safe in the room to keep valuables. It may be that they think that they have secured the apartment well enough and do not feel the need for it but I think it gives an added comfort to the guest.

    Great flat, perfectly furnished, clean and quiet, the best we've had in quite a while. Host was helpful and easy to reach, and we really did not find anything missing. It is located close to the center, near plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes, and within walking distance from the train station. Definitely recommended!
