  We hebben genoten van het appartement en Alghero !

  We verbleven er met 4 volwassenen in het appartement. Dit heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Het contact met de host verliep goed en snel. Het was top !

  Would totally recommend for a trip in Alghero!

  Very good location, in the heart of the old town, spacious appartment, with one full bathroom with shower and one with toilet, it is great for small families.

  Would not recommend - poor communication ruined our stay

  We stayed at this property (Appartamento Luna, Alguer Relais) in early September and unfortunately cannot recommend it, due to a stream of communication problems and misunderstandings that started before we even arrived and continued every single day of our stay. Before arrival: We tried reaching the host through the Booking.com messaging system and by email but never received replies through either channel - we only got responses once we switched to WhatsApp. We had asked in advance about bed configuration and whether the apartment had a private bathroom, but these questions went unanswered. Check-in confusion: Our flight landed late, so we requested a late check-in window (22:00–23:00), which we had already gotten approved through Booking.com at the time of the booking one month before our stay. Despite this, the host asked us to "confirm" the same request multiple times, and self check-in instructions were promised on the check-in day. We messaged them on check-in day, and they told us the info would be sent the next day - they did not even know when we arrive. When we told them we were arriving that same day, they sent us a message saying to pay City Tax via a link in order for them to send us the details on a filly paid Booking in advance which felt like blackmail seconds before boarding our plane. City tax is supposed to be collected upon arrival as they say on Booking,com, and not blackmailed with for check-in details. City tax payment issues: Throughout our stay, the host repeatedly tried to charge us the city tax through a Revolut payment link that failed every time with a "declined due to suspicious activity" error. We reported this problem more than once and explicitly agreed with a team member that we would pay in cash instead - only for the same broken payment link to be sent to us again every day of our stay day, as if the earlier conversation never happened.

  but had to keep following up. Check-out: Getting clarity on check-out was equally disorganized. We asked when someone would be available to come by and have us pay the City Tax half an hour before check-out, and they again replied the following day - did not know our check-out time. When we clarified they told us that someone will drop by in 10 minutes only to have us wait for 45 minutes and only upon us asking them again they told us to leave the money inside the apartment. Finally, they had us throwing out the trash with fines of 100Euro if not disposed properly while charging us a 60Euro cleaning fee. Overall, nothing about the apartment itself was the main problem - it was the constant miscommunication, repeated requests for the same information, broken payment systems, and lack of proactive updates that made this stay stressful from start to finish. We do not recommend this host to future guests!

  Lepiej być nie mogło :)

  Bardzo podobała nam się lokalizacja apartamentu – w samym sercu Alghero, blisko restauracji, kawiarni, sklepów i najpiękniejszych miejsc starego miasta. Okolica jest niezwykle klimatyczna, a wszystko mieliśmy w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru, co było dla nas bardzo wygodne, szczególnie podczas pobytu z dziećmi. Sam apartament był bardzo przyjemny, przytulny i czysty. W pełni odpowiadał opisowi i zdjęciom w ofercie, a pobyt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze. Na duży plus zasługuje również bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem – komunikacja była szybka, uprzejma i pomocna. To miejsce ma wyjątkowy klimat i z przyjemnością możemy je polecić.

  To właściwie tylko drobne szczegóły, które można byłoby jeszcze dopracować, aby pobyt był absolutnie idealny. W apartamencie nie ma zmywarki – jest za to pralka, co na pewno jest dużym plusem przy dłuższych pobytach, jednak przy krótkim, rodzinnym wyjeździe zmywarka byłaby dla nas bardziej praktyczna. Przydałoby się również nieco lepiej uzupełnić podstawowe wyposażenie kuchenne. Nie było na przykład kawy i herbaty. Miłym dodatkiem byłby choć niewielki zestaw takich podstawowych produktów na start. Można byłoby też zadbać o bardziej kompletne wyposażenie szklanek/kubków. Są to jednak tylko drobiazgi, które nie wpłynęły w żaden sposób na nasz pobyt. Byliśmy z apartamentu bardzo zadowoleni i cudownie wspominamy pobyt w Alghero.
