    bed was clean & comfortable, toilet & shower & clean & large enough, good range of hot drink & crockery provisions.

    the heater & fridge are noisy considering is a studio, traffic noises a bit of a issue, particularly with front windows open, though the bathroom window is a useful alternative back for this.
