Solide Leistung für diesen Preis in Top-Lage.
Super Lage, alles was man braucht war da. Komfortable Betten und Kopfpolster. Weitestgehend sauber. Genug Platz für 4. Sehr guter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Schlüsselübergabe persönlich von der Reinigungsdame. Kleines Infoheft im Zimmer (Frühstückslocations und Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc). Snacks und eine Flasche Wein waren auch da. Kurzer Weg zum Strand (5-10min zu Fuß), Lebensmittelläden und unzählige Lokale unterschiedlichster Art in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Etwas abgewohntes billiges Mobiliar, tw. nicht mehr ganz funktionstüchtig, zb. hängende Schubladen, wackelige Schränke. Ausnahme: die Betten und Waschtische sowie die Küche waren sehr gut! Aber alles nutzbar, auch wenn man sie vorsichtiger anfassen musste. Das Geschirr sollte ev. von der Reinigungskraft kontrolliert werden - Vormieter haben Teller mit vertrocknetem Salat in den Schrank zurück geräumt. Ist vermutlich so aus der Spülmaschine gekommen. Der Gestank nach Urin an der Straße unten. Aber dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts. Scheint ein verbreitetes Problem in Alicante zu sein. Ist uns immer wieder in der ganzen Stadt aufgefallen. Eine Garderobe hat uns gefehlt, für Schuhe, Taschen etc.

Ottima posizione
Ottima posizione. Vicino al mare e vicino al centro Staff molto gentile che a nostro arrivo ci ha offerto, uccesso di cibo. Nelle dotazioni dell'appartamento ci sono: Asciugacapelli,Detersivi per la lavatrice r lavastoviglie.
L'appartamento era in generale pulito. Il palazzo e la via un po' meno. Essendo molto centrale i dintorni erano spesso sporchi.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzami, nawet gdy pojawiły się problemy, wszystko było rozwiązywane szybko i sprawnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Jedyne na co wart zwrócić uwagę to to że mieszkanie znajduje się na 2. piętrze i nie ma windy. Wiedzieliśmy o tym i wcale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Może to mieć znaczenie np dla osób podróżujących z dziećmi, osób staszych itp
