According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. A deposit may be required at the property.

Ótima LOCALIZAÇÃO no centro da cidade. Perto de lojas, restaurantes, farmácia, lanchonetes... Rua agradável, em frente a uma praça. Vista linda para a Baía de Vitória. LIMPEZA impecável. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias, e lençóis e toalhas trocados e bem cheirosos. O hotel é antigo, dá pra ver pelos elevadores e ar condicionado, mas a manutenção está ok. FUNCIONÁRIOS cordiais. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ maravilhoso, muitas opções, tudo fresquinho e delicioso.
Único ponto negativo é que as janelas não vedam nada o BARULHO externo. É uma avenida muito movimentada dia e noite e, mesmo no 10° andar, dava pra ouvir tudo. Gente falando, crianças gritando na praça, carros buzinando, sirene de viatura, o som alto da igreja ao lado... O barulho todo parecia estar dentro do quarto. Juntando com o ar condicionado que é bem barulhento, isso me atrapalhou bastante a descansar. Quem gosta de silêncio pra dormir mais cedo ou até mais tarde, terá dificuldades

Os elevadores que precisam de manutenção eles abrem as portas antes de chegar no andar e balançam bastante.
