    Unacceptable experience in Alila.

    There was ceiling work beside our room with loud drilling sound that affected my stay.

    Lovely, I would definitely come back

    The staff were so warm and kind, they made our stay lovely. Plus the breakfast was amazing. The portions from the restaurant were value for money. The bed was so soft.

    Having to first access the lobby at the top floor just to access our room. The rooms and lobby elevator situation needs to be worked on.
