    Nice, relaxing, fantastic environment

    Great swimming pool, environment

    Next door neighbour smoking all the time on the balcony. And we could hear eberything from the adjacent room. Not much privacy.

    Wonderful, relaxing stay, we felt at home!

    Our stay at Alila Ubud was wonderful, definitely worth the visit! Everyone is so friendly and professional, especially Suarni from the reception and Nyoman, who picked us up from the airport (with a very nice and comfortable car, complimentary refreshing towel, water and cookies). The hotel is located in the jungle with nice views from every corner, especially the swimming pool. The food was delicious with a lot of variation. The room was very big and luxurious. There are so many activities you can do and there is a complimentary shuttle service to the city center. We really felt at home! Must stay ❤️
