The Best !! Great Hosts. Excellent Value
This Villa is awesome. It has everything for comfort and could easily accommodate a large family or two couples for example due to the two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms with showers. Large living room ., two dining areas .. a great pool. Very Quiet .. this place is amazing. A reasonable walk to dining and shops. I rented a car but unnecessary if just staying around Ao Nang beach front because the parking is too difficult so I ended up not using the rental car that much. Bolt rides arrived quickly.

Sehr schöne Villa und Pool in ruhiger Lage. Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht zu helfen, wo sie können.
Etwas abgelegen vom Strand und der Innenstadt.

The pizza place opposite the villa is a must, went there 3 times 😋
Owner is so friendly and welcoming. Got picked up from the airport and took us straight to the emerald pool, hot springs and the tiger temple due to check in was later and we landed at 9am. He even took us to the supermarket before dropping us of at the Villa When we arrived the villa had water, fruits and eggs and the kitchen had everything you need, quiet area but only less than 10 mins walk to town. Bed was comfortable, powerful aircon but doors must be closed to have the full affect. Pool area was lovely. Nice to sit outside the front at night.
Around the pool area there is ant infestation but it didnt really bother us. Decor slightly outdated but functional

it's ok if you only sleep there.
villa is in good condition.
the main problem is the view on the cliff stolen by hotel. so now you have the view on the back wall of the hotel instead. i assume villa was there first, but still.
