    Everything was nice except the smelly toilet and dusty floor.

    The location and facilities and staff behavior.

    The toilet was smelly. The dinning room floor was not properly cleaned. We didn't expect that.

    I always love staying at Alivio it’s the best place in Canberra whether I travel with my family, friends or just myself

    The gardens are beautiful just a shame they were so overgrown with weeds
