Tolle Lage, sehr netter Gastgeber, aber für längere Aufenthalte zu klein
Wir waren im Oktober als zwei Erwachsene mit Kleinkind für eine Woche auf Ägina. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich top! Sie liegt ideal zwischen Ägina-Stadt und Perdika, mit Restaurants, Cafés, Strandbars und Supermärkten in fußläufiger Entfernung. Für mehr Flexibilität, um die Insel zu erkunden, empfehlen wir dennoch ein Auto. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich, hat immer schnell reagiert und uns sogar zusätzliche Handtücher gebracht.
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, allerdings ist sie für drei Personen auf Dauer sehr eng. Besonders bei wechselhaftem Wetter, wenn man mehr Zeit drinnen verbringt, wird das zur Herausforderung. Die Terrasse war aufgrund der vielen Mücken und der eher dunklen Lage kaum nutzbar. Außerdem gab es bei fehlender Sonne kein warmes Wasser. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig, und die Geräusche aus den oberen Apartments waren deutlich zu hören. Auch im Badezimmer gab es gelegentlich unangenehme Geräusche aus der Toilette, und im Eingangsbereich des Hauses fiel zeitweise ein starker, abwasserähnlicher Geruch auf. Insgesamt könnte die Anlage etwas besser gepflegt sein.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, περιποιημένο και σε τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στην πόλη της Αίγινας.
Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν το μπάνιο που ήταν κάπως μικρό, αλλά όμορφα διακοσμημένο.

Ωραίο μέρος αλλά θέλει καθαριότητα και απολύμανση
Η τοποθεσία και η πληρότητα υλικών εντός.
Είχε κουνουπια και σκόνες. Δεν είχε καθαριστεί με λεπτομέρεια. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι βρώμικοι. Κατσαρίδες και αράχνες έμπαιναν απ' την πόρτα. Μυγακια μόνιμα στο μπάνιο. Απαιτείται απολύμανση και καλυτερη καθαριότητα. Στο μπανιο δε χωράς με την κουρτίνα. Το παράθυρο του μπάνιου δεν το ανοίγαμε για να μην έχει κουνούπια.
