    Location was good. Short drive to anything. The fireworks from Dollywood are visible every night. The kids enjoyed the downstairs theater and and game room

    Cabin was not cleaned very well.

    More than expected, already booked for next year

    Very comfortable for twelve people. Hot tube was great. Liked the game room and theatre room. Very close to Pigeon Forge attractions. Although close to attractions seemed isolated and the view is spectacular.

    Upstairs common bathroom area could be larger but it is still useable.
