    Had it not been for attentive, friendly waiting staff and the family group we were with, this would have been a much wor

    Attentive and friendly staff

    Spa facilities not clean and equipment out of order. Paper cups but no water. We had room 201 which was right next to a wedding event, which was noisy with people standing outside our room smoking and laughing while we were trying to sleep. These rooms should only be given to event attendees. There were no coffee beans in the whole building at breakfast ! Food was mostly cold when served.

    Disappointing

    The staff were lovely, extremely helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The bed was okay, quite comfortable.

    We were very disappointed with the swimming pool area .: It was dark with hardly any natural light . The beds were very uncomfortable. The worst thing was the chlorine was so strong it made your eyes so sore and couldn't breathe. So we couldn't just relax by the pool, we had to leave after about 15 mins ! So disappointing!

    Very comfortable and quiet

    Room and bed very comfortable . All in all very much enjoyed amenities

    Bit disappointed food was not very imaginative. Seemed like Kale was the green and for me it was rather a large portion of dinner Breakfast was very good The room was cleaned beautifully every day. Would have liked a mini fridge.
