Excellent hotel with very good food and friendly staff. Good secure parking.

Smoking allowed in restaurant, there is a non smoking section which is small and shared with the family area, lots of children running around. Wine expensive.

Very nice room, very good breakfast and very good food in restaurant.
Smoking allowed in restaurant, small non smoking area shared with the family area okay if you happy with children running around whilst eating your meal. Music is a bit on the loud side difficult to have a conversation with the waiter. Wine was quite expensive by the bottle.

Nettes, sauberes Hotel mit Abstrichen.
Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Weiter außerhalb, aber direkt in der Nähe von wirklich schönen Wanderrouten im angrenzenden Naturgebiet. Der Blick vom Zimmer über Sofia war auch sehr schön und das Frühstück konnte sich sehen lassen.
Der abendliche fälschlich ausgelöste Probealarm und der Umgang des Personals damit. Mehrfach ging der Alarm los und als wir im Bademantel auf dem Weg nach draußen war viel uns auf, dass wir die einzigen waren. Die Rezeption war dann telefonisch nicht sofort erreichbar und erst nach mehrfachen Versuchen sagte man uns mit einem Lachen, dass es sich nur um einen Fehler handelt. Außerdem wussten wir nicht, dass das Hotel eine Eventlocation beinhaltet. Bei unserem Besuch wurde dort ein Geburtstag gefeiert, der mit lauter Musik bis in die Nacht die Ruhe in den Zimmer doch sehr gestört hat.
