Great stay!

Location & Surroundings: Direct internal access to Mall of Indonesia (via Lobby 5), convenient for shopping and eating Several minimarts (FamilyMart, Indomaret) are right outside the hotel entrance Close to Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), ideal when attending concerts 2. Service & Staff: 24/7 reception and concierge desks Staff are exceptionally helpful Prompt laundry service Reasonably priced massage service 3. Lobby & Waiting Area: Pleasant-smelling lobby There is a bathroom for added convenience Complimentary snacks (potato chips) and fresh guava juice, with clearly separated areas for clean and used glassware 4. Room Comfort & Amenities: Spacious room with clean, fresh bedding Thoughtful addition of a round footrest pillow (10/10) Windows can be opened slightly to let in fresh air safely Powerful AC (might be quite cold) Effective soundproofing against external street noise International power outlets throughout the room Free complimentary hotel water and tea, but paid soft drinks and 1.5L bottled water 5. Facilities & Room Condition: Furnishings show noticeable signs of wear and tear: the wooden cabinet door under the sink had come loose (though it could be fitted back into place) Hot water takes a while to run No balcony The provided shampoo is quite drying and only suitable for short hair The gym facility had a noticeable lingering odor 2. Layout & Accessibility: Fully carpeted hallways and rooms make rolling heavy luggage somewhat difficult Hallway noise easily leaks inside Confusing layout: 3rd-floor garage entrance is hard to find Complex access: Reaching the entrance (on foot, GrabBike, or car) is tricky 3. Service: The laundry service staples tracking tags directly onto guests' clothing

The breakfast spread was the only good part about this stay. They had several options to accommodate our family. And it was included in the price.
The stench on our floor as we walked to our room was disgusting. The carpet was billowing and dirty. Then once we were in the room...the sink was cracked, the faucet in the shower was barely hanging on, the walls were dirty, and the double beds were more like twins. Thank goodness we were only there for two nights.
