    Comfortable and basic living.

    Nice comfortable place. Small water tank, so showers are short. It was great having a garage to park the car. Very roomy.

    Carpets and couches need cleaning. A bit smelly. Probably need a new toaster soon. Sometimes it didn't work.

    Good location, close to shops. Purchase queen sheets for the double bed and not double as they won’t fit.

    Good location. Quite central to tweed with shops close by. Great to have a lockable shed for the car

    Make note that you will need Queen size bedding for the double bed. We purchased double size and did not fit so we had to repurchase new sheets. Some light maintenance could be done to the property to keep it in good condition
