  An Absolutely Fantastic Stay – We Can't Wait to Return! We have just finished a fantastic stay at this hotel, and honestly, I cannot praise it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, and throughout our entire stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a brilliant holiday. Every aspect of our experience was excellent, and we have already booked to return in December! The staff and service The staff deserve a special mention because they were absolutely amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. They made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out to me was how lovely and welcoming everyone was towards my five-year-old son. As a parent, seeing your child feel comfortable, included and happy makes such a difference to a family holiday. The staff helped make this a genuinely memorable experience for him, and that means a lot to us as a family. Entertainment team and evening entertainment The entertainment team were brilliant throughout our stay. They were friendly, enthusiastic and did a fantastic job of creating a fun atmosphere for guests. It was lovely to see how much effort they put into making sure everyone could enjoy themselves. The evening entertainment was also excellent and gave us something enjoyable to look forward to each night. There was a great atmosphere, and the entertainment really added to the overall holiday experience. The room and cleanliness Our room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. Everything was presented nicely, and it was clear that attention was being paid to keeping the accommodation in good condition. We particularly appreciated finding pool towels and bathrobes already provided in our room.

  Whole area under construction.

  The bed was very comfortable

  I was very disappointed with the customer service at Allegro Agadir. I dropped off my laundry and clearly explained that I only wanted it washed and dried, regardless of the cost. The front desk staff seemed to have very little knowledge of how their own laundry service worked and provided confusing and misleading information. I was led to believe my laundry would be taken care of, only to return the next day and find out nothing had been done. Despite explaining that I was leaving the following morning, neither the staff nor the manager offered any real solution or assistance. Instead, I was told to find a laundromat elsewhere, which was already closed by the time I got there. What should have been a simple service turned into an unnecessary inconvenience. Very poor communication, lack of accountability, and disappointing customer service.Once you've paid, the level of customer care and accountability is practically nonexistent. The beach is a bit of a walk from the hotel, and honestly, the area isn't very clean. There's construction going on everywhere, so it's pretty noisy and not exactly somewhere you'd want to spend a relaxing day. I'm sure it'll be a nice spot once all the work is done, but for now, I ended up going to Taghazout instead because I didn't want to spend my day surrounded by construction and noise. Im glad I did.
