Great place
The pool and hot tub are top notch and the area is very clean and well kept. Owner is very friendly and easy to talk to. The room was good size. The dining room/rec room was spacious as well. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend for Cooperstown visitors.
Only wished the pool was open later to enjoy more. Getting back late from Cooperstown dinner did not leave much time at the pool. But it wasn't that we didn't like it.

Doubt and anxiety quickly turned into a pleasant surprise, comfort and an enjoyable stay.
The amenities were better than expected. The cleanliness was impressive. Staff was very welcoming. Scenery was very pleasant and therapeutic. The bathroom and toiletries were very comfortable and up to date.
Location is out of the way. Most of the furniture and equipment was pretty fragile. Lighting in the room was extremely dim. Would like the breakfast to have more healthy and organic choices. Parking lot is a little rough.
