Well located, clean, all in good order. Would be an ideal apartment for a couple

All was good. The area is however not very welcoming of solo travellers. The apartment was great and would be ideal for a couple.

Reservation cancelled by property but still charged.

Made reservation for same day but was informed almost immediately that there was an error in their system and reservation was no longer valid. 5 hours later notified that reservation was good but we already booked another place. They charged us anyway. Not appropriate. Disputing it.
