Terrible customer experience! Avoid any contact with them.

This was an absolute terrible customer experience!! After making the reservation and guaranteeing it with my credit card, they demanded a make a pre-payment by bank transfer and provide proof of payment before they would even let me in the door. They do not accept card payments at all. The girl that called me demanding payment was extremely rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Terrible customer service experience!!
