    Overall I loved it! I felt safe all our basic requirements were met

    Beautiful building from outside and inside it was very cute and aesthetic…..not very modern however I loved the vintage “country style” feel it had. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was very generous. We had a couple of early morning excursions so the staff packed us a take away breakfast for them days (I loved the chia pudding!) I specifically wanted a private/safe accommodation as it was my first trip travelling with my sister and it met all my expectations. The location of the property is the main attraction as it’ss not that far from the meeting points for the tours we had booked. So getting to places was very easy. The rooftop view was gorgeous! We could see lake Zurich and after our spa session we relaxed on the rooftop watching the sunset. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

    If you are expecting a luxury feel this hotel isn’t for you, the facilities are quite dated but I think it would suit travellers especially women who want privacy and travellers who spend most of their time doing excursions and coming back to just sleep. Regarding the spa experience, the sauna and steam room area including the lounge room was great however I think small things like skincare/masks/oils/scrubs would really enhance the experience more.
