    Passable

the beds were comfortable and clean, nice to have an ensuite. House was clean, the area quite and a good tv. The water was hot.

heating broke , a plumber was called, he thought it was the pump but didnt have one to hand. We spent 3 days wearing coats etc. Not adequate as one of us had a cough and cold. Could not use the oven as all oven trays had been taken out and there was no way of lighting the gas hob. was not able to cook any nourishing meals, the reason for booking a house with kitchen in the first instance.
