Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!
Super sauber, zwei Balkone, gute Lage direkt im spanischen Viertel. Sehr schön eingerichtet und einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders schön, wenn man aus der trubeligen Stadt kommt und dann einen Ort zum erholen braucht an dem wirklich alles schön ist.

Das Apartment war im 4. Stock gelegen. Es gab einen kleinen Aufzug (es passt mind. 1 Person mit 1 großem und 2 kleinen Koffern rein), Kosten 10 Cent. Toll waren die Rolläden an beiden Fenstern und der Balkon. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet (wie auf den Photos), alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Balkon war schmal, aber es passt ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen darauf. Möbel waren neu und die Matratze hart. Warmwasser dauerte etwas, aber akzeptabel. Kühlschrank war groß genug für ein paar Getränke. Kaffeemaschine funktionierte, gut wäre aber in Zukunft eine Anleitung in deutsch oder englisch. Wir mussten explizit nach Decken fragen, die aber sofort geliefert wurden. Apartment liegt im spanischen, lebendigen Viertel, im 4. Stock war aber kaum Lärm zu hören. Gute Lage, da U-Bahn schnell in ein paar min. erreichbar. Auch ins historische Viertel läuft man nur ein paar min. Sehr netter, freundlicher Vermieter, es gar keinerlei Probleme, er war bemüht, alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit schnell zu lösen. Nach dem Auschecken gibt es die Möglichkeit der Kofferaufbewahrung für Euro 5 pro Stück in einer nahegelegenen Garage, Der Schlüssel zum Apartment klemmte etwas, funktionierte aber.
