Es una lástima que no pueda anexar una fotografía aquí pero yo hice la confirmación de mi hospedaje. Afortunadamente el día que tenía que llegar venía manejando y afirmaron que mi reserva no estaba confirmada y me la cancelaron afirman que me mandaron WhatsApp y jamás me llegó ningún mensaje. Yo llegué a Puebla y apenas pude ver mis mensajes inmediatamente me comuniqué al local y me informaron que ya estaba cancelada mi reserva insisto estaba confirmada. Pésimo porque ni siquiera me llamaron ni siquiera me mandaron WhatsApp únicamente me mandaron un mensaje por booking entonces cero formalidad honestamente muy decepcionada de lugar. Eso no se hace y menos porque yo llevaba dos pequeñitos a los que tuve que ponerme a buscar de manera emergente otro hospedaje. Ahorita voy a checar si puedo subir fotografías pero se van a dar cuenta que en la opción de booking dice confirmado
