    bello l’hotel ma è andata davvero male

    era una camera molto carina e pulita

    non abbiamo dormito nemmeno una notte…0 insonorizzazione 0! pareti e pavimenti sottilissimi abbiamo sentito ogni cosa il tram le persone che parlavano di tutto

    While the house and host were wonderful, the bathroom doors not closing was a major issue for our family's privacy.

    The house is wonderful, very comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was impeccable—extremely polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring great communication from start to finish.

    The doors to both bathrooms simply do not shut or lock. Since we were traveling as a family, the complete lack of privacy caused constant discomfort and disrupted our daily routine. This is a serious issue that requires urgent repair, as it significantly impacts the guest experience.

    Posizione ottima, appartamento con tutto il necessario, ottimi ristoranti vicini

    Posizione ottima. Fermata del tram 28 a due passi

    Iniziale accoglienza dello staff nel concordare l’orario del check-in: concordiamo le 15:00, stavamo arrivando in anticipo ma viene confermato comunque le 15:00, per cui ce la prendiamo con più calma. Arriviamo alle 15:00 e ci avvisano che ci stavano aspettando dalle 14:30. Alla fine siamo entrati in appartamento alle 15:30
