    Die Größe vom Haus / der Wintergarten / Zentrale Lage / Parkplatz direkt am Haus

    Die Sauberkeit war nicht gut / die Unterkunft ist etwas "abgerockt" / Wintergarten mit Aussicht auf den Parkplatz von einem (gutem) Fischlokal.
