No children permitted in The Loft rooms due to the duplex structure of room types. Children from 6 years to under 12 years old, breakfast is charged at 50% of adult price when using existing beds. Las zonas comunes eran espectaculares. La piscina una maravilla, el desayuno muy variado con cocineros cocinando al instante para nuestras peticiones y el spa estuvo genial
Pagamos una habitación para 4 y solo tenia una cama de matrimonio. Nos hicieron pagar un extra pra añadir una cama y resultó ser un sofá cama individual por lo que acabamos 3 en la cama de matrimonio

The Best Hotel Stay of My Life
I honestly think this was the best hotel stay of my life. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos — if anything, it’s even better in person. They truly treated us like royalty. We were offered a complimentary room upgrade to a pool-view room if we used their airport transfer service on arrival, which was practically the same price as a Grab anyway. They also offered us a complimentary late check-out until 3:00 PM if we used their airport transfer service for our departure, again for just a tiny difference compared to Grab. Such a great value and such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was one of the most complete I’ve ever seen — there was literally everything you could possibly want. The hotel is also in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Hoi An, which is absolutely doable. There’s even a VPBank nearby, which was very convenient. The swimming pool is spectacular, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm and helpful, and they genuinely made us feel so welcome. I miss this place terribly already. I would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An!
