Great apartment great location, no staff as entry by key safe

We struggled a bit to gain entry as it was raining and we have arthritis in our fingers. There is no indication that Almanna have an apartment in that building and this is confusing

The owners helped us out. They picked us up and took us to another property. Carrying are suitcases and assisting my husband with his mobility scooter. A big thankyou to them from a very stressful start.

The instructions we were given weren't right and the lift wasn't working.
