Great stay but the mattress need an urgent replacement

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean.

The mattress was completely sagging in the middle. It offered zero back support, and we woke up with body aches. A good night's sleep is essential, so the hotel really needs to replace this mattress for future guests.
