At check-in the guest's credit cards will be blocked for 100 € as a deposit for the holiday apartment. At the time of check-out and after having inspected the apartment, this amount will be unblocked within a maximum period of 24 hours. Kindly be informed that access to Almirall's building and inside the appartment is strictly restricted to guests staying in Almirall Apartaments. Once a reservation has been made, the guest will receive an email 30 days before arrival with a link to make the down payment. Payment must be made within 24 hours. If payment is not made on time, the reservation will be canceled. If there are less than 30 days before the arrival date, the guest will receive an email to make the payment using the link, immediately after the reservation has been made. If payment has not been made within 24 hours, the booking will be canceled.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
