-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. -We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit. -Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine. -Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). -This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros. -It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit. Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler. Barcelona city tax not included: 5€ per night per person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Две спальни. Кондиционер. Окна закрываются плотно, поэтому в номере тихо. Есть вся необходимая посуда и вообще все необходимое для жизни

Beautiful apartment
The apartment is big and comfortable. The host was really nice, he left Sangria and water for us. You have all the utilities that you need : clean towels, shampoo, etc. The apartment is exactly as it is shown on the booking.
The only thing that is a little problem is the location. It is not near the main attraction, and you need to pass trough Al Reval( not the safest part of the city) to enter La Rambla.

Ubytování kousek od centra, ale v klidu. Před domem bus a kousek metro. Ve třetím patře po schodech.

The neighborhood was busy and easy to connect to everything, but not overly loud or crowded. We were not able to find parking anywhere nearby to drop our luggage off, so we returned our car before checking in (BCN was our last driving destination). The apartment was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable.
