  Great value and super comfortable stay in Okachimachi

  Beautiful, comfortable and extremely spacious apartment in the Okachimachi area. You get the complete 3-floor apartment that includes 4 bedrooms of good size (one of them is particularly spacious) a complete kitchen plus separate shower and toilet areas. Every appliance is modern and functional. And everything was perfectly clean. The neighbourhood is residential and makes you feel you are actually living in Tokyo. It's quiet, clean and safe. Very local. And it has a Lawson konbini just a few meters away, which is super convenient. The self-check-in process is super smooth and the hosts are very responsive. Would stay here again!

  The apartment is missing a common area with a table to spend some time and potentially eat together. Understandable, because the apartment prioritizes the sleeping areas. One of the rooms can serve that purpose, but it can be uncomfortable if someone is using the room as a bedroom. The host allows you to leave your luggage at the apartment before check in time. But after check out, you will need to find a coin locker if you need to store your luggage before your next hop.

  Location was not too far from both Akihabara and Ueno, have lots of meal option 5min walk away

  A humble and convenient stay

  The house is in a great location close to major transport routes. Theres also a convenience store just 30 metres away to get anything you need. The place was clean and tidy. They had consumables such as washing liquid and fabric softener with a washing/dryer combo. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hosts even offered a gift card to thank us for staying there!

  Only one room on the top was quite small, but otherwise all the other rooms had plenty of space.

  The washer and dryer are exceptional.

  Recent 3-story building. Rooming house that can be rented in its entirety. If rented as a whole, please note that there is only one toilet on the second floor and only one bathroom on the first floor. The Wi-Fi does not work well on the 2nd and 3rd floors. No Wi-Fi extenders/boosters installed. The kitchen is under-equipped, with no table or chairs.
