Ein tolles Hotel mit westlichem Standard – mitten in Thamel!
Für nepalesische Verhältnisse ist das Aloft Hotel ein echter Traum! Das Hotel bietet einen sehr hohen, klar westlichen Standard. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist modern und hochwertig, insbesondere die Zimmer und sanitären Anlagen überzeugen durch ihre ausgezeichnete Qualität. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man hauptsächlich im lebhaften Stadtteil Thamel unterwegs sein möchte. Auch kulinarisch hat uns das Hotel begeistert: Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren sehr lecker und von hoher Qualität. Der Fitness- und Wellnessbereich sowie das Schwimmbad sind ebenfalls hervorragend und bieten eine willkommene Möglichkeit, sich nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zu entspannen. Wir haben insgesamt vier Nächte im Aloft verbracht. Während unserer Nepalreise haben wir auch in günstigeren Hotels übernachtet, wodurch wir die Vorzüge des Aloft besonders zu schätzen wussten. Ein grosser Pluspunkt gegenüber vielen anderen Unterkünften sind die klimatisierten Zimmer, die für deutlich mehr Komfort sorgen. Unser Fazit: Wer in Kathmandu eine komfortable Unterkunft mit westlichem Standard, einer ausgezeichneten Lage und tollen Einrichtungen sucht, ist im Aloft bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The bathroom door was hard to open. We had brought it to their attention but it didn't get fixed.
