    The location was great

    The staff specifically the front desk staff needs better training. Two different guest agents have completely different experiences to myself and a gentlemen that was checking in at the same time as me. The young lady who was checking me in was training another associate and was absolutely awful. She charged me for the room without going over the amount that would be Charged to the card or letting me know about the incidental fee.she handed me the room key (which didn’t work for the door) wi Ty out giving me any directions on which elevators to use to get to my room or even letting me know where the room was located since the rooms don’t go in numerical order. I was very dissatisfied and will not e returning to this hotel.

    Although thr location was great, we expected more for the price we paid.

    The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to go.

    The room was hot-and we couldn’t keep the AC working even though we asked to have maintenance check on it multiple times. There was no door on the bathroom, so it was awkward to take showers and get dressed. The first night they ran out of keys, so we had no keys to the room—had to wait every time we went out of the room for the maintenance guy to take us up in the elevator. Very inconvenient. Finally got our keys the second afternoon.
