Surpreendeu!
Tudo estava muito bom! O staff simpático e solícito. A localização excelente, perto de tudo que queríamos fazer e do lado do metrô da 28st que acessa tudo. Apesar de ser localizado no “centro” de NY, não tivemos problema com barulhos. Estadia melhor do que esperávamos. Nos surpreendeu.

Pretty, expensive, modern small room hotel; great location; services gravely underperforming
It is a beautiful renovation in a great location--between 2 major subway lines and 28th is full of flowers! The linens were crisp, the layout was fine, there was nice desk staff even late at night, and a lounge/lobby for coffee or waiting
Our room was NEVER cleaned in 3 days. First day, they came around 4:45 in the afternoon. Needless to say, we'd been out all day and already back resting/preparing for our evening. I took some fresh towels. Second day, 5:30 p.m. they finally got around to clean our room--again, an impossible time. I took my towels (nothing really dried in the little room). Also, we went from 3 to 2 to 1 functioning elevator over our first 24 hours there... with 33 floors of people, you can imagine how messed up that became.

Very disappointed to spend that much money and have to walk up and down stairs.
I liked the location, and I thought for a New York hotel, the room was adequate and comfortable. The location was very good and close to lots of options
The elevators were a disaster. Most of the time we were forced to take 14 flights of stairs due to the long wait for the elevator. The lounge and bar area were not comfortable at all. There was space but nothing comfortable to sit and chat or have coffee.
