Overall, a nice place if you're only staying for a day.

Nice aesthetic, fun activities, and nice amenities.

Staff was non existent. Hardly saw them, difficult to check in and find someone who was present. Stains were on couch and chair. Mirror was stained and had smudges that could not be cleaned. Poor lighting with some lights not working at certain hours of the day. It was disappointing.

Great value and location not downtown .

Location was close to the University of Nebraska Omaha. Very easy to access. Not downtown but convenient to the zoo and shopping. Must be a popular location because it was sold out a couple of our 4 day stay. Staff was wonderful and helpful.

Limited laundry facilities, one washer and dryer on the top floor and our beds were a little too soft.
