Absolutely a gem in Osaka
What a lovely stay we had in Osaka! Everything in this hotel was exceptional. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and helpful. The room was good size and the bed/pillows were super comfortable. We stayed in the 5th floor, faced another building, and there was absolutely no noise from outside. Even the AC unit was so quiet most of the time I didn't realize if it was even on until I began feeling warmer. The gym was great, there were lots of cardio machines, dumbbells including the smaller size ones and a cable multipurpose machine. There's a laundry area in the 2nd floor which is very helpful to have when you're on a longer stay (you must book a time with the front desk). Probably my most favorite part was the breakfast. There were Asian and Western options (including delicious soft scrambled eggs) as well as soups, rice, pickled veggies, breads (the Japanese bread is the best!), yogurt, fruits. The coffee is an espresso based machine, there are 2 machines so it can get busy at times. The location is also great, it's ~10 minute walk to the Ōsaka Station which is very helpful for travel but also because you can literally find anything you need (food or otherwise) somewhere in the station.
The only thing we noticed during breakfast time was the amount of people they can have at any given time coming down to eat. Because the hotel is large, they often have big groups that stay there and the breakfast area can get very busy. It's not something the hotel can control (unless they open at 6:30am instead of 7am) and usually the wait to get food items is not that bad but need to keep this in mind if you're planning to travel somewhere.
