I will NEVER stay there again!!
Distance from UTSA was perfect.
Bugs on the bed not once, but twice during my stay. I have a video and a picture. I called the manager, Enrique Hernandez, and explained the situation. He said he would call me back. To date, I never heard back from him. I didn’t want to make a big deal while at the hotel for other customers to hear. However, I wish I would have after speaking with the general manager and he did absolutely nothing about it. He couldn’t even return my call back!

Won’t book again due to the reasons I mentioned above
Honestly not much!! Not clean the room rug was nasty as well as the shower floor, shower head had lots of buildup which didn’t help the water to flow.
Room not really clean. Housekeeping not aware of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I had to call them to bring to my room
