    The bartender was nice & friendly, overall style of hotel was very cool.

    The pool was extremely busy, people were shoulder to shoulder, inside and outside the pool. It was not big enough to accommodate guests. Very loud crowds of people, most of whom didn’t appear to be guests.

    I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. It is advertised as pet-friendly, but when we arrived with our cat, we were told that the hotel only accepts dogs and were refused check-in. This policy was not made clear beforehand. To make matters worse, it then took nearly a month of repeated calls and follow-ups to receive a refund. During that time, the hotel was extremely unresponsive to my requests. I would not recommend booking this hotel, especially if you are traveling with a pet. The misleading pet policy and poor communication made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful.
