  Lucky swap to studio with sun terrace from street view balcony

  The studio apartment has a nice terrace. We were lucky to get this, having booked the wrong apartment (street balcony). The host let us move thanks to a late cancellation. The terrace made a huge difference and we are indebted to Sabina for sorting the swap. The apartment is 2 minutes walk to the beach It's an hour (and a big climb) to Taormina. Great WiFi and air conditioning.

  The street is very busy, so we were pleased to swap from the street-view balcony apartment.

  Kiepski na wypoczynek wakacyjny

  Niedaleka odległość od plaży , czysta , funkcjonalna łazienka

  Obiekt nie nadaje się na pobyt wakacyjny , najbardziej depresyjny apartament w jakim byłam , tylko w łazience było słonecznie , reszta pomieszczeń bez okna , sypialnie niestety jedna przechodnia , brak prywatności , mały przedsionek 1x1m prowadzący do „balkonu” niestety balkon nie powinien być wpisywany jako udogodnienie , minimalistyczny , bez mebli , nie można było z niego skorzystać bo można było udusić się spalinami albo ogłuchnąć od hałasów . Samochodu i ryczące motory jeździły 24h na dobę , wewnątrz apartamenty miało się wrażenie jakby było się na środku ruchliwego skrzyżowania, drzwi drżały przy każdym większym pojeździe , nie można było spokojnie spać , to ogromny minus tego miejsca , nigdy się z czymś takim nie spotkałam !!!!! Kuchnia czysta , niestety dość ubogo wyposażona . Apartament wymaga odświeżenia .

  Terrible! Never again!

  Beach was free of charge and nearby.

  The traffic noise was awful - we didn´t sleep at all for five nights! I had accidently booked a room without terasse, and though apartment above was with a terrasse and empty for the first three nights that we stayed at this windowness flat, the "friendly" owners woulnd´t let us use the terasse. The apartment didn´t have drying rack for towels and shower was very small.

  Un rapport qualité prix déplorable

  Propre, cuisine et salle de bain neuves et très proche de la plage , des commerces et des bus Serviette de plage et parasol à disposition

  Le logement ne correspond pas à ce qui est mis en avant sur l’annonce c’est à dire une terrasse. Elle n’est en effet accessible que pour le studio et non pour l’appartement mais ce n’est pas clair. L’appartement est quasiment aveugle avec une fenêtre dans la salle de bain et un balcon minuscule et inaccessible étant donné qu’il surplombe la route très passante (les fenêtres tremblent au passage des camions et autres véhicules de manière incessante) La cuisine salle à manger éclairée par des néons n’est vraiment pas agréable. L’eau chaude est très difficile à avoir dans la douche , il faut aimer les douches écossaises! Les matelas sont confortables mais les oreillers très très durs. Bref , pour le prix nous sommes très déçus car nous avions payé ce prix principalement pour l’espace extérieur. Nous y séjournions avec nos deux enfants et cet appartement n’est pas adapté pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants.
