  Ubicación del piso. El piso en si está muy bien, muy cómodo y completo. Todas las habitaciones /zonas con aire acondicionado. La atención del personal por teléfono a cualquier consulta es muy buena y amable.

  El lavabo del baño principal no tragaba agua bien. El suelo estaba relativamente sucio de polvo principalmente.

  Dishonest owners and many small issues piling up to make the stay annoying.

  The location being nearby the city center as well as ease of access (getting there, getting the keys).

  Several points of the visit were very problematic, and while by themselves I could overlook them, altogether they became a bigger issue. I will try to summarize everything, including a problematic situation with the owners. -Before the visit we were offered a partial refund on the whole stay due to the inconvenience of the AC in one of the rooms not working. We accepted the offer, as the other option was "discussing alternatives", so the risk of no AC was worth the offered refund. In the end, it turned out that the owners "made a mistake" in writing their refund offer, which they meant was only for the actual days the AC didn't work, which still amounted to about 3. Had the offer been presented this way originally, we might've discussed alternatives instead of agreeing to the risk. There were as well instances of the owners lying in their responses to present the situation in their favour. -Cockroaches. Everyday we found one or two cockroaches either dead or running around the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms. As we kept windows closed due to the heatwave, they couldn't have come in from outside. -If you have clothing sensitive to temperatures, the washing machine offers just one, 60 degrees, setting. Even if you choose 30 or 40, it defaults back to 60. This makes it a risk to wash clothes made out of linen or cotton. -The shower is either boiling hot water or cold, as well as almost non existent pressure, so washing off daily grime is difficult. -Thin walls - after 11pm, we could easily hear all neighbours *in the same building* partying until late hours and keeping us awake. -Minor issue - if you want to use the TV, it is sadly barely functional as the remote's inputs working is like a miracle, making even switching input to HDMI to connect a laptop incredibly tedious. If the apartments had any special elements, some of these issues could be overlooked.

  Espacio amplio y bien preparado. Camas cómodas y dos baños, que son un acierto. El apartamento está muy bien situado.
