    perfect spot in Aveiro

    Location perfect for visiting Aveiro. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Very friendly and helpful host

    Lovely roomy apartment with everything and a small terrace. Eneida was very kind and available, she met us earlier. Good coffee machine and coffee also tea, sugar and condiments and water. If we had been staying longer we would have appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher. The position is great very near the canal where there are many restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised with Aveiro and liked Cost Nova with it's candy striped houses on one side and beautiful sand dunes and beach on the other.

    Mosquitos.. logically as near the canal but we forgot to close the windows the first evening. Fortunately I always carry a small electric repellent.

    Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen und dann auch länger als 2 Tage für diesen tollen Ort. Die Wohnung hat alles, um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen.

    Man wohnt sehr zentral, entsprechend bekommt man am Wochenende auch die angeschäkerten Gespräche um 1 Uhr nachts mit, aber die Fenster schließen sehr schaĺldicht und ein Ventilator steht zur Verfügung.

    Оставлен чай и кофе, прекрасное расположение, внимательная и любезная хозяйка. Всё красиво и предельно предусмотрено для удобства клиентов. Рядом можно найти кафе и рестораны. Район интересный.
