Vermieter ist sehr desinteressiert am Zustand der Wohnung
Die Anlage an sich ist super! Waren wiederholt dort :) auch die Lage und Umgebung gefallen uns sehr!
Schimmel in der Wohnung. Ventilatoren, Jalousien und TVs kaputt. Badfenster kaputt, ebenso der Toilettensitz + Wasserleitung. Vermieter verspricht Reparaturen, welche jedoch nicht stattfinden, bis auf Toilettensitz + Wasserleitung.

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement
L’architecture de la résidence un vrai chef d’œuvre L’appartement est immense et très agréable Très belle piscine
L’accès pour arrivée à la résidence surtout quand il pleut La climatisation du salon ne fonctionnait pas un technicien devait venir mais lors de mon séjour je n’ai vu personne

Il y avait un problème de climatisation et nous n' avons pas pu y séjourner. On nous a proposé un appartement au Macondo qui était très bien mais peut être dans une gamme en dessous de celui ci et on ne m a pas changé le prix ni remboursé la 1 ère nuit que nous n' avons pas pu honorer à cause d un retard d avion. C est bien dommage. Les travaux très proches du nouvel appartement proposé.

calidad de utensilios de cocina mala, hubo desperfectos que enseguida fueron arreglados.
