    Experiencia poco agradable

    La casa y la estancia estuvieron bien hasta el último día.

    Lamentablemente, justo antes de marcharnos tuvimos una emergencia y estuvimos 2 horas y media intentando contactar numerosas veces con la dueña (por llamada y WhatsApp) sin obtener ninguna respuesta. Al final tuvimos que resolver el problema por nuestros propios medios. Cuando finalmente contestó, solo se disculpó diciendo que no tenía el teléfono a mano, sin mostrar el más mínimo interés por saber si necesitábamos ayuda o qué había ocurrido. Menos mal que la emergencia no era que la casa se estuviese quemando, inundando o que nosotros no tuviéramos que coger un tren u otro medio de transporte. Consideramos que al alquilar un alojamiento es imprescindible que la persona responsable esté localizable ante cualquier emergencia. Esta falta de atención y empatía empañó por completo la experiencia.

    Dos días estupendos por tierras de Peñafiel en los que la estancia cumplió y sumó a nuestro viaje.

    La ubicación, el espacio, los servicios.
