Excellent apartment, excellent location, excellent host!!
Our host was super friendly and helpful. He has made so many thoughtful touches to the apartment and we really felt the benefit of them! I couldn't recommend this property and host enough.

l’accoglienza. inaspettato il rapporto qualità-prezzo, ci siamo trovate benissimo e non ci è mancato niente. praticamente tutto raggiungibile a piedi e anche comodo per i parcheggi auto vicini alla struttura.

Jose the host of this apartment is so accommodating anything you need he is at the end of the phone he is an absolute gentleman. Apartment has everything you need and is very clean and well equipped. Building looks a bit dated but works ongoing to improve it. Pool is quiet lots of loungers. I would return to jose's apartment. Jackie and Scottie

Struttura in ottima posizione, al centro di las Americas, comoda per il mare e per il centro. Pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario, tanti prodotti per la casa, cialde per il caffè e Jose , padrone di casa, persona disponibile e gentile. Ci siamo trovati bene.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay hear again, no issues what so ever.
The owner made our stay effortless from start to finish. He was friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant to deal with—I genuinely couldn’t fault him. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Golden Mile, making it easy to get around. We would happily stay here again.
The apartment was clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Overall, it had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. .
