    Instalaciones cómodas, personal muy acogedor.

    El personal es muy amable. Buscan resolver todas las peticiones. El desayuno es variado y de productos frescos que reponen constantemente. Un buen detalle el servicio de té por la tarde. Las habitaciones son grandes.b

    Poder controlar la temperatura de la habitación. Estaba demasiado caliente. El baño no tiene un sistema de extracción de aire efectivo por lo que tuvimos que abrir las puertas del balcón para que saliera el vapor. Y que no había personal en las áreas húmedas para ayudarte ni resolver dudas. Nadie estaba controlando el acceso ni la conducta de los huéspedes. Había niños brincando y gritando en la alberca y gente sin traje de baño.

    A wonderful bucket list memory.

    Had a wonderful room with a view of the Matterhorn. The Breakfast each morning was delicious with a large selection. We loved utilizing the spa, it was the perfect place to stay.
