    Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt – unglaublich gemütlich und man hat sich von der ersten Minute an einfach wohlgefühlt

    Schon beim Hineingehen hat man sich wohlgefühlt, die Ausstattung/ Einrichtung war für uns perfekt. Dass auch Hunde herzlich willkommen sind und unser Vierbeiner dabei sein durfte, war für uns natürlich ein großes Plus. Die schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse und die ruhige Lage hat das ganze noch abgerundet.

    Ich kann nichts negatives sagen - für uns hat alles gepasst.

    The view was wonderful and the bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, that is where the positives end.

    Poor cleanliness: There was dog hair throughout the house, the shower was mouldy, and the taps and several other surfaces were dirty. The heating was not working: The property is located at approximately 1,300 metres above sea level, where temperatures can drop below 10°C at night, making this a serious issue. Misleading address: The address provided on Booking.com did not lead to the actual accommodation but to a different, higher-quality property nearby. Parking and accessibility issues: It is not possible to drive directly to the house. Guests must walk approximately 150 metres uphill on a steep path, carrying luggage and, in our case, travelling with a child. There was no clear information about this before booking. We have documented these issues with photographs.
