Tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal im Restaurant
Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett ist sehr unbequem. Wenig Platz, um Kleidung einzuräumen.

Proceso de check-in muy ineficiente. La plataforma falló mucho y all no poder registrarnos on-line y ellos no haber podido leer los archivos que nos pidieron por email (eran pdf), no nos dieron el código de acceso al alojamiento. Nadie al teléfono por ser fiera de oficina. No existe personal disponible. Comunicación muy poco clara. Sitio impersonal. Se nota que es un activo financiero y no un negocio de alojamiento. Poco equipamiento de cocina. Has de fregar todos los dias para poder desayunar. Ha conseguido que cambie mis criterios a la hora de elegir alojamiento. Buscaré alojamientos donde haya alguien cercano para atenderme en caso de problemas y evitaré aquellos que estén gestionados por empresas intermediarias. Muy cool, pero decepcionante.

Innsbruck ist definitiv eine Reise wert.
Die tolle Aussicht auf jeden Fall. Es war ruhig gelegen.
Das Bett war sehr laut und kleine technische Mängel (Klo Spülung, Waschtischarmatur locker)

Just beautiful!
Very nice place. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Views from balconies are astounding. First floor has excellent restaurant. This is probably perfect place to stay when visiting Innsbruck!

Very spacious apartment with great view of mountains. Downstairs restaurant was perfect spot with great food after long hike. Tennis courts seen from balcony with people playing all day.
The bed was making noises every time you move. Hot water was after 8am.
